Legal Guarantee of Conformity

1. LEGAL WARRANTY FOR CONSUMERS

Products sold by Iccara Vetro to consumers are covered by the legal conformity warranty provided for by applicable Italian law.

The legal warranty protects the consumer if the purchased product has a defect of conformity existing at the time of delivery or manifested within the period provided by law.

2. WARRANTY DURATION

For new goods, the legal warranty lasts two years from the date of product delivery.

The rights provided by the legal warranty cannot be excluded or limited by these conditions.

3. WHEN A PRODUCT MAY BE NON-CONFORMING

A product may be non-conforming when, for example:

· it does not correspond to the description provided on the website;

· it does not have the characteristics indicated on the product page;

· it is not suitable for the use normally intended for goods of the same type;

· it has defects that compromise its ordinary use;

· it is delivered in a version different from the one purchased.

4. AVAILABLE REMEDIES

In case of a defect of conformity, the consumer may be entitled, as provided by law, to the restoration of conformity through:

· repair; or

· replacement.

If these remedies are not possible, are not carried out correctly, or are not applicable according to current regulations, the consumer may be entitled to:

· a proportional reduction in price; or

· termination of the contract and refund.

We invite you to indicate:

· order number;

· name used for the purchase;

· description of the problem;

· photographs of the product, where available;

· photographs of the packaging, if relevant.

Photographs can help us process the request more quickly, but do not limit the rights recognized to the consumer by law.

6. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WITHDRAWAL AND LEGAL WARRANTY

The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to change their mind about the purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, subject to legal exceptions.

The legal warranty, on the other hand, concerns defective or non-conforming products and, for new goods, lasts two years from delivery.
